So I decided to use this blog to chronicle my attempt to get back in shape. I'm not to far out of shape (unless I have to run somewhere). I was up to 205lbs - as of this morning down to 190. I just started the T25 beachbody program. I have been drinking Shakeology pretty consistantly and have been trying to eat better. Eating is one of my biggest struggles because I am more or less used to eating 100% junk food or eating fast food which depending on who you ask may not actually even be food.
One of my favorite go to foods is frozen pizza. It shouldn't be to difficult to beat that from a healthy standpoint. I've also tried to quit drinking pop. I've gone 3 weeks now without. I used to drink 2 24oz Mountain Dew's at work and then sip on it at home when I felt like it so it's tough to measure but we'll just say - to much.
Back in January my wife signed up as a beachbody coach and in the interest of helping her I signed up as a coach as well. I've watched what she was doing, watched some video's and mostly just understood the payout program so I knew if she ever made something of it, I would want to be towards to tops of her organization. So I am also a beachbody coach and decided to try and put in some effort at least to get into shape. Being 35 years old with 4 kids and a time intensive job it seems difficult to find the time but hopefully by keeping up with this blog and being interactive in some of the groups I will be able to stay consistent.
